This page will itemize all of the improvements we have conducted at 2061 Tunis Circle.

• Replaced broken sprinkler heads (April 2008)
• Aerate the lawn (April 2008)
• Gardening
  • Rip our old garden sheathing in front of the house and ground cover that was taking over the yard (April 2008)
  • Remove some of the loose old stumps in the front of the house (April/May 2008)
• Place drainage and stones down on north side of the house to prevent mud buildup and improve drainage away from the house (April 2008)
• Installed of new stainless steel faucet in the kitchen (Winter 2008)
• Installation of new covers on exterior wall outlets and switches. (Fall 2007 to Winter 2008)
• Prune/trim overgrown plants and trees – forsythia, dogwoods, weed trees, and apple trees (Spring 2008)
• Updated window coverings in main living room and study (Winter 2007/2008)
• Removed outdated/original light fixtures in almost all areas of the house and replaced with updated light fixtures (track lighting, fan with light in kitchen, drop lights) (Winter 2007/2008)
• Painted main living room, halls and kitchen (Winter 2008)
• Removed old wallpaper and painted the downstairs guest bedroom (Winter 2007)
• Painted the downstairs bathroom (Winter 2007)
• Removed wallpaper trim and painted the upstairs bathroom (Summer 2007)
• Removed wallpaper trim and painted the upstairs guest bedroom (Summer 2007)
• Painted the master bedroom (Summer 2007)
• Tore down dangerous, old play equipment and built raised garden beds on south side of the house (Summer 2007)
• Installed water line to refrigerator (Summer 2007)
• Weeded and mulched the back “island” area (Summer 2007)
• Built fences on north, south and west sides of the yard to contain the backyard (Summer 2007)
